Analysis and Consulting. Our national healthcare representatives begin by assessing your current situation in terms of stock holding, space utilisation and working practices. Then after consultation with you and your staff, we will develop an individual concept based on our historic healthcare experience and your needs.

Survey and Planning. Following your individual site survey this information along with your system requirements are passed through to the Mailbox Design Centre for planning and costing.

Design and Costing. Our planning services enables Mailbox to offer you your very own personalised layout plans drawn to scale and showing the exact equipment included in your itemised quotation Our services cover modular system fixture and equipment requirements for every area of the healthcare enviroment, from a single room to complete hospital.

Installation and Implementation. With Mailbox you have a partnet who will work with you from the initial discussions right through to installation. Your assigned project co-ordinator will liasise with you and our in house hauliers to make sure that your system is delivered on time to an agreed schedule. Our experienced CSCS qualified installation teams will ensure that your systems are fitted, cleaned and left ready for use.

Training and Education. The Mailbox service doesn't end there.. it is important to us that the system works for you... and with with this in mind we offer a tray and divider exchange service during the commissioning period to ensure your system is fine turned for you.
